Does Cold Air Hurt Asthma My Throat Hurts When I Breathe Heavy In Cold/cool Air. Is This Normal?

My throat hurts when I breathe heavy in cold/cool air. Is this normal? - does cold air hurt asthma

She has always done that, but I thought it was normal. I tried to help a little, find, and found that it could actually be a form of asthma.

It is as if my neck is freezing / hardening and cough. When I start to ignore it and hold your breath hurt.

Is there anything to help in the throat, when that happens? Hot to drink, perhaps before or after? I really need to excerise so any help or advice you can give me would be appreciated.
