I had to help 2 tablespoons olive oil and about 6 liters of water yesterday, things move a little quieter when I tried for the first time this method. This morning I noticed some mucus in the stool and wondered whether this is caused by oil. I had never noticed before. I do not think that I rarely cause IBS and diarrhea. The other obstacle concernced me, but I have no pain or cramps, loss of appetite, vomiting into the nose.


(I know this is no way to get a medical report, I would be confiscated if anyone has seen this before.)
